Project Director - Mexico @ Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to all IHI project management services in support of the existing refining, chemical and gas processing program portfolio with Pemex. Direct responsibility to fostering positive relationships with key government officials, clients, and partners, setting the direction for the expansion of PMC / EPC opportunities in the region. Report to VP of Business Development on key activities that relate to all facets of in-country program management.

•Optimizing risk sharing between Owner and EPC Contractor in convertible contracts (Reimbursable - Lump Sum Turn Key) under Open Book Estimate approach
•Overseeing the delivery of all IHI Engineering & Construction services to ensure consistency, quality, and focused on client requirements
•Integrate resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality considerations across diverse engineering, purchasing, construction, and start-up aspects in a variety of projects

*Project Manager – Americas / Caribbean Region: Supervised and monitored the implementation of midstream annual budgets for capital expansions, and operational improvements for ExxonMobil facilities in Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, USVI, Puerto Rico, Cayman, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. *Construction Manager, Akal-C Complex, Pemex Cantarell, Tampico, Mexico: Stewarded multiple EPC contractors in the fabrication, transportation, installation, hookup, and commissioning of two major gas processing platforms and related facilities to increase offshore sour gas compression, dehydration, and sweetening capacity.
*Project Engineer, Hurricane Damaged Repair Platforms, Pemex, Campeche Bay, Mexico: Scope included risk assessment, inspection and repair of 26 offshore platforms damaged by Hurricane Roxanne. (Ref. Paper 8694-MS, 1998 OTC in Houston)
