I am currently HealthTap’s Head of Product and responsible for taking product ideas and feedback from concept to market, and into the hands of billions of patients and doctors around the world.
I'm an engineer, designer, science geek, and serial technology entrepreneur leveraging my experiences in consumer internet, biomedical engineering, online social gaming, and UIUX design to make disruptive changes in the U.S. health care industry, enabled by information technology.
I'm on a mission to measurably prolong the life expectancy of humankind and make the world a happier, healthier place :)
Prior to HealthTap, I was the co-founder of PayoutHub, a social game-monetization platform (acquired in 2009), and the co-founder and COO of GXStudios (GoCrossCampus.com & PickTeams.com), a venture-backed pioneer of online team-based casual games. I've consulted for leading health and technology firms and also co-founded and led the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, the University’s official incubator and fellowship program for entrepreneurs. I have a technical background in UIUX development and design, and hold inventions in the fields of oral drug delivery, genetic testing, urinary incontinence, and polymer nanocomposites.
I earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. (with Distinction) in Biomedical Engineering and Pre-Medicine from Yale University.
