Created new business rules for competitive index, category role/intent, product classification, price families, size incentives & brand tiering. Developed monthly and quarterly reporting for the leadership team to review the company's price image, price index, and price integrity. Implemented a price optimization pilot with Demand Tec and established strategic partnerships with RDS and Nielsen to feed competitive intelligence into the price management process. Responsibilities included developing seasonal merchandise & assortment plans, private brand design & development, product pricing, product display & all aspects of promotional planning. Brands included Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, Chaps, Dockers, Savane, Haggar, Bugle Boy, Arrow, & PVH.
