💼 Past Experience

Born in the suburbs of Detroit, Scott Zanni is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he majored in engineering. After a few years of engineering, Scott moved on to Aramis Recording, where he was responsible for developing and managing new customer relationships. Posing as a new customer, Scott was able to get inside the customer's head and get them to reveal their needs and wants. In this way, he was able to develop relationships with his customers and make them happy. From there, he moved on to Ramsoft--an innovative software company. Here, he was responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, as well as developing and managing Ramsoft's technology. Scott was also responsible for acquiring new sales and customer relationships. In his role at Ramsoft, Scott was able to develop and grow ramsoft's customer base. He was also able to identify and potential new customers and negotiate favorable deals for them. In his previous roles, Scott has promoted himself through his expertise and efforts in customer service. He has a great deal of experience in various customer service functions, and he is able to change actively when it comes to adapting his service to the customer.

🎓 Education

Since he began his employment with RACR HRBP, Scott Zanni has adorned the charity withCommunication and Electronic Foundations Apprentice of the Year award, in addition to the numerous other accolades. Zanni’s education and experience in the field has given him a base that he can build on in order to provide the best possible service to the clients and employees that he works with.Born in Detroit, Michigan, three years after Michigan State’s telecommunications program ended, Zanni moved to Walled Lake Central High School in October 1985. There he earned a diploma in General Studies from the same institution. Upon graduating from Walled Lake Central, Zanni did some additional time in the classroom, studying Communications and Electronic Foundations under the guidance of Dr. Rick Holland.Dr. Holland is an experienced and accomplished educator, who has been teaching for over 30 years. Afterheim credits him with having a significant role in helping Zanni obtain what he now brings to RACR HRBP.Adding to the education Zanni received at Walled Lake Central High School were two years of college studies at Michigan State University in October 1993 and October1997. In these two years of coursework, he completed a B.A. in Telecommunications.After completing his college studies, Zanni spent three years working in the telecommunications industry, first at Michigan State University and then at Walled Lake Central High School. While at MSU, he was a part of the Women’s Resourceful Citizen team and enjoyed working with the students, faculty, and staff members. Additionally, he was instrumental in starting and Head of the Telecommunications department at Walled Lake Central High School.Zanni is proud of his accomplishments and tries to be reflective on his multiple degrees and experience when he interacts with clients and employees.“I guess it’s important that I have a degree in something so that I can understand it,” he says. “And I feel like my education has encouraged me to be constantly learning and growing, which is great in the workplace.”Zanni truly enjoys his work with RACR HRBP and his ability to help clients and employees reach their goals.
