I am very good at working with teams and collaborating with other professionals. worst decision everThe worst decision I made in my career was when I joined Iteris, Inc. I left the company after only two years because I didn't think it was a good fit for me. I felt like I wasn't getting the opportunity to grow and learn. I would recommend avoiding any type of leadership position in a company where you don't have a long-term perspective.
