Satin Sachdeva has worked in the Construction Industry for over 10 years. During that time, she has worked as a Founder & Secretary General at Construction Equipment Rental Association.satin Sachdeva started her work stint at CERA in 2006, as a workingneice. From 2006 to 2010, she served as the CEO of CERA. From there she resigned and rejoined the company as the Product Manager. In this role, she was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's construction machine, construction equipment rental and inspection divisions. In 2014, she left the company to pursue other opportunities and was replaced by Nirmala Kumar as the CEO.
