I worked as a manager of Talent Acquisition at CareSource from December 2016 to June 2020. In this role, I was responsible for establishing and maintaining trusted, strategic relationships with internal customers. I also developed and executed staffing plans to meet the organization's needs.

🎓 Education

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ryan Wallace has always knew he wanted to work in the technology field. When he earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Wright State University in 1996, he knew he had found his Calling. Onward, he went, and after three years of education at Sinclair Community College, he was ready to take on the world.However, Ryan's vocation wasn't settled then. He spent two years as an employee of a small computer company, learning everything he could to be successful in this type ofille. When he was finally let go after the company went out of business, Ryan resumed his education and preparation for work. After six months of Full-time study at the University of Dayton, he was ready to start his own company and pursue his dreams.However, that didn't happen. Instead, Ryan found himself back in the technology sector, this time working for the same small computer company as before. He continued his studies, this time earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton in 2003. While at UD, Ryan also began his work readiness studies, learning everything he could about being successful in the technology industry.And so, after three years of hard work and study, Ryan Wallace has himself a successful career in the technology field. While at UD, Ryan also completed his work readiness studies and learned everything he needs to be successful in this type of field. Ryan is ready and able to take on any opportunity that comes his way, and he has training and experience to prove it.

My previous experiences working in technical and interpersonal roles have shown me the ability to quickly build strong relationships with both my team and business partners. I am also acutely aware of business opportunities and issues, and have the ability to identify and effectively resolve reported business problems. These skills have successfully led me to be a leader in various technical and interpersonal roles, within the healthcare and technology industries.
