Dr. Aidis played a pivotal role in the development of the GWEL Scorecard, which involved extensive fact-finding missions and presentations of initial results that have informed policy recommendations and best practices for fostering female entrepreneurship.
As a media spokesperson, Dr. Aidis effectively communicated the significance of the GWEL Scorecard during its launch in Berlin, Germany, in June 2015, further establishing her as a thought leader in the field. Her skills in executive coaching, data analysis, survey design, and research design enable her to provide nuanced insights and actionable strategies for stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
