Roy Baladi worked his way up through the ranks of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), starting as a career intern at the age of 25. Five years later, he became a managing director in the global consulting services group.In the spring of 2018, Baladi was named treasurer of the board of directors of theVirginia Tech graduate school of business. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Virginia Tech Corporation Committee on Governmental Affairs, and he is the chair of the Committee on Economic Development.As treasurer of the board of directors of the Virginia Tech graduate school of business, Baladi will be responsible for running the school and keeping it operating with a budget that is under $2 million. He is also charged with developing and leading the school's investment strategy, approve requests for grant money, and chair the Virginia Tech Business Strategy Steering Committee.
