Born and raised in the heart of the Twin Cities, Rosie Parra always felt an affinity for the business of gambling and casino. After several years working in human resources and Michael Jordan management at two successful businesses, Rosie walked into the then- nascent Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 2003. With only eight employees, Rosie was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s human resources policies and programs.In her time at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Rosie workedmulti-faceted stressful positions, including but not limited to: Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Generalist, Training & Development Officer, and Corporate Human Resources Business Partner. However, her greatest accomplishment while working at Caesars Entertainment Corporation was developing a successful human resources program. By implementing C.E.O.’s directive “We want to win, and we want our employees to win too,” the HR department at Caesars Entertainment Corporation increased employee productivity while lowering staff turnover rates. From hervious experience in managing personnel, Rosie was able to develop a comprehensive and efficient human resources program that contributed to the success of the company.Lastly, Rosie Parra is dedicated to her community. She is a board member of the South Saint Paul 2020 recreation grant program and has served on a variety of community and charity organizations. She is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT. At present, Rosie is a Regional Employment at Caesars Entertainment Corporation.
