In my current role at Resideo as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, I have the unique privilege of overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure within the corporate environment. With two decades of IT experience and a robust background in enterprise architecture, I am deeply committed to enhancing our IT landscape to support Resideo's mission of delivering innovative solutions in the connected home market. My responsibilities include managing critical customer and IT support relationships, ensuring that our service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
A key focus of my role is vendor selection and the management of Statements of Work (SOWs), where I leverage my expertise in IT risk management and project management to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. I also oversee IT budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated strategically to align with our business objectives. My experience in Agile project management allows me to prioritize tasks effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Currently, I am spearheading several key projects aimed at enhancing our cloud computing capabilities and optimizing network design to support Resideo’s growth. By implementing best practices in business process improvement and system administration, I strive to create a resilient IT infrastructure that not only meets current demands but also anticipates future challenges. My certifications, including AWS Architect Associate and Six Sigma Greenbelt, further empower me to innovate and drive transformative initiatives that enhance our technological framework and support Resideo's vision for a smarter, more connected future.
