My background is in executive search, (retained & contingency) and working with cool start-up's that wanted to establish a presence in EMEA. I set up my own company when I was 24 and learnt so much about myself during the following 8.5 years.
I was craving another challenge and to learn a different angle on recruitment so I joined a fast-growing pre-ipo software company to experience the IPO and the world of corporate recruiting.
I'm now at FireEye heading up the EMEA recruitment team in a hands on role filling reqs & planning how to fight and win the war on hiring the best talent. We are a hyper growth cyber security software company and the volume of hiring is eye watering, from hiring VP's, Directors, Managers, Incident Response & Forensic consultants, Sales, SE's to standing up SOC's, building engineering teams from the ground up, finance teams, support organisations, operations & legal teams through to hiring Personal Assistants and Secretaries.
