💼 Past Experience

Hidayat started his career as a human resources specialist for an Indonesian company in 2007. He worked in the area of human resources, performance management, human resources management,recruiting, employee benefits, project planning, analysis, policy, personnel management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and HR policies. He then worked at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk from November 2007 to November 2009. From November 2009 to March 2020, he was the Human Resouces Department Head at PT Adaro Energy, Tbk. In this position, he was responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of employee policies, procedures, and programs, as well as oversees the work of human resources department. From September 2015 to October 2019, he was the Compensation & Benefit Specialist at PT Adaro Energy, Tbk. From February 2014 to August 2015, he was an Outsourcing Management Representative at Unilever. From June 2011 to October 2012, he was a HR Services Assistant for Rungkut Manufacturing at Unilever. From December 2009 to May 2011, he was the Human Resources Manager at Paiton Operation & Maintenance Indonesia. In this role, he was responsible for the organization, development, and management of employee resources and successfully achieved the goal of improved business efficiency.

Rochman Hidayat holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universitas Negeri Malang, and a Magister Human Resources Management from Lambung Mangkurat University.
