Front End Engineer @ From October 2015 to Present (3 months) San Francisco Bay AreaSoftware Engineer @ Created interactive floor plans and layouts to draw, plan and execute events. Used React, WebGL, SVG, node, socket.io and various JS libraries to create an experience for planners and venues to collaborate in real time to plan layout and seating. Lead team creating internal floor drawing tool which output data that was consumed by client-facing applications. Worked on R&D and MVP of a WebGL version of the diagramming tool to improve performance and user experiences. From June 2014 to September 2015 (1 year 4 months) Washington D.C. Metro AreaWeb Developer @ I developed a WordPress theme which allowed for more content to be seen above the fold, better categorization of content, and a prominent location for a call to action. My responsibilities include maintaining and improving the blog, designing email blasts, and working with content creators to design pages that highlight employer partners. From December 2013 to May 2014 (6 months) Greater Chicago AreaTutor @ As a tutor, I provide individual tutoring to students with varying abilities to improve writing skills. I also help manage the Writing Center website and update information when necessary. From October 2011 to May 2014 (2 years 8 months) Web Development Intern @ I created and managed content templates and custom pages in both WordPress and Terminal Four content management systems. I worked with over 30 clients to ensure that their content was on the site in a format that made sense and in a way that worked with the style guide of the University. From April 2012 to December 2013 (1 year 9 months) Greater Chicago AreaMarketing and Retail @ I managed the Quacker Gift Shop Facebook and Twitter accounts and contributed to the official blog.
