I help and enable the team to continuously improve, explore new ways of working and technologies. From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Head of Technology - Tesco Direct Website @ Responsible for Architecture, Development, Deployment and Service of our Tesco Direct E-Commerce platform.
I’ve managed transformation to true cross functional agile development team halving concept to cash lead time and reducing the cost of development by over 50%.
I also ran the website over the busy Christmas trading period supporting a 30% growth in sales and significant improvement in customer satisfaction. From June 2014 to Present (1 year 7 months) Head of Service - General Merchandise Online @ Responsible for running our Tesco Direct platform including the website, order management, store direct desks and kiosks, customer service centre application and warehouse management system.
I’ve improved service availability and website speed which directly contributed to almost 30% increase in sales whilst retaining a highly motivated and performing team.
