I present my proposals to the management board on a regular basis and communicate changes to the Mitsubishi dealer network on a regular basis. I ensured these remain profitable and competitive for both the Mitsubishi dealer network and Mitsubishi Motors in the UK.

From March 2015 to Present (10 months) Used Car Programme Controller @ Upon starting my role the Mitsubishi Approved Used Car Programme became a mandatory criteria for the whole of the Mitsubishi Dealer network. Day to day my role was to; • Provide statistical sales and stock analysis. • Liaise with the dealer network to maximum their understanding of the Approved Used Programme including the purchasing of our centrally held stock. • Work with British Car Auctions (BCA) to create and facilitate a bi-weekly E-Auction of circa 50 units. During my time in the department our contract with our Used Vehicle Locator (UVL) website came to an ended which resulted in myself being an integral part of sourcing a new provider. Once appointed I became the lead in facilitating the specification, requirements and designs to ensure we had phase one in place for the end of our contract. The second phase provided superior functions, applications and analysis over and above the previous supplier. With residual values of vehicles playing an ever increasing role in the automotive market I was tasked to research and analyse Mitsubishi's performance and processes to evaluate where improvements could be made and then present them to the management board. As a result several substantial and beneficial changes were made to positively impact our residual values. From April 2014 to February 2015 (11 months) After Sales Projects Assistant @ From day one I was involved in integral projects that would benefit the Mitsubishi Dealer Network. The first of which was a Service Menu Pricing System which allowed dealers to accurately provide service quotes for customers and service specific maintenance checksheets for technicians to use in the workshop. Thus giving customers the assurance that they are receiving the most up-to-date and accurate care. Shortly after joining, the Training Academy began work on scoping and integrating a brand new Learning Management System to take over from their course booking system. With all training being provided in house the Training Academy had little additional time to spare for developing the new system. From Concept to Go-Live I was involved in everything from the scope to the design and data importation, resulting in an online E-Learning interactive Learning Management System called the Mitsubishi Learning Portal (MLP) which brought maximum value of the Training Academy to the Mitsubishi Dealer Network. Managing and maintaining the Mitsubishi Approved Accident Repair Centre Programme, including Body Shop standards, Approvals, Certification and Invoicing. From July 2013 to March 2014 (9 months) Hampshire Account Manager & Web Developer @ Nutrition X is an Elite Sports Nutrition Brand that works with many top professional sports clubs from the Barclay's Premier League to the Aviva Premiership. Nutrition X offers a small but precise sports nutrition range to take the confusion away of having a variety of products to choose from for the same training goal. The products have been formulated by some of the top nutritionists in the UK and are designed for athletes participating in regular high intensity sport and training. My major role was in the creating, designing and maintaining of the company's website and back-end operations as well as designing marketing material and managing social media platforms. While at the University of Portsmouth my role was to manage Nutrition X's Accounts with local Universities, Gyms and Sport's Clubs in the Hampshire Area. From September 2012 to July 2013 (11 months) Portsmouth, United KingdomHampshire Account Manager & Web Developer @ Premiere Nutrition is an Independent Nutritional Supplement Distributor and Nutritional Vending Management Company.
