Riccardo Tafà has a long and varied professional experience in the Sales and Marketing fields. 🎓 Education

Born and brought up in Bologna, Italy, Riccardo Tafà started his education at the Università di Bologna in 2003. He obtained his B.A. degree in Business Administration in 2006 and his M.A. degree in Marketing in 2009. After completing his higher education, Tafà started his career at the University of Bologna as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration in 2006 and as a Research Fellow in the Department of Marketing in 2009.Tafà's current role at the University of Bologna is that of a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration and as a Research Fellow in the Department of Marketing. Tafà is also a research scholar at the University of Ferrara and a supervisor at the University of Padua.Tafà's research focuses on different aspects of marketing, including theory, research methods, and applied studies. Tafà has written several papers and articles in different journals, most notably “The Role of Research in Marketing” and “The Impact of In-House Research on Marketing Practice.” His research has also been featured in several documentary films, most notably "Mastering the Art of Marketing."Tafà has been a member of the Italian Academy of Management since 2007 and has been elected President of the Italian Academy of Marketing Judges in 2009 and 2013. He is also a member of the Italian Academy of Sciences and has been awarded honorary doctorates from the Università degli Studi di Bologna, Università degli Studi di Pavia, and Università degli Studi Venezia-Verona.

I started my work experience in marketing and advertising in 1997 as a Marketing and Sponsorship Consultant at RTR Sports Marketing Ltd. I then went on to become a Senior Lecturer at IED in 2001. In my current role as a Senior Lecturer, I am also a Senior Lecturer at the IED MBA. I have also worked as a Marketing and Advertising Consultant at SDC Sponsoring Developing Communication from January 1996 to January 1997. I am currently a Senior Lecturer at IED, and have worked in a number of different industries, including marketing and advertising.
