Coordinator HR& Corporate Development at Wüsten-Gas GmbH.Regina Gruber has worked in the human resources industry since she gained her first job in 1997 as a Coordinator at Wüsten-Gas GmbH. There, she co-established and led the HR and Corporate Development department, which managed employee benefits, care plans and employee training. In October 2013, Regina Gruber was named Director Human Resources EMEA at Barracuda.Later on, in February 2014, Regina Gruber joined the team at UniCredit Bank Austria AG as a Senior Strategic HR Consultant. There she was responsible for the overall HR strategy and work with{UniCredit Bank Austria AG]'s organisational units, as well as its individual departments.In addition, from September 2014 to December 2014, Regina Gruber was a Human Resources Manager in Germany for Magna International, where she was responsible for compliance with all applicable German laws and regulations in the areas of human resources, communication and training. In this role, Regina Gruber also worked with{UniCredit Bank Austria AG}'s head office in Berlin and its branch in Hamburg.In addition, on 26th of January 2015, Regina Gruber was appointed as a Manager of Human Resources in Slovakia for Qualysoft AG. There she was responsible for the branch head office and all the activities within the HR Organisation.After spending several months inactive due to maternity leave, Regina Gruber was reinstated in her previous position at Wüsten-Gas GmbH on 1st of March 2015. There, she was again in charge of the HR and Corporate Development department.Currently, Regina Gruber is working on her PhD in Business Administration. During her PhD research, she will focus on the northern Hemisphere human resources market and the strategies that companies use to attract and retain employees.
