Responsible for leading a direct team of five audiologists, two audiology students, two administration and clerical staff members and two volunteers. • Responsible for a budget of £1M. • Designed and developed the clinical protocols for the department. • Responsible for teaching, training and lecturing to other staff groups. • Implemented a comprehensive bone anchored hearing aid and middle ear implants' service alongside ENT consultants. • Clinical member of the UK Clinical Reference Group for Specialised Ear Surgery. • Established a clinical service provision focused on value added benefits for our patients. This enabled the Royal Free Hospital to posses one of the shortest waiting times for hearing aid provision in the UK. • Co-ordinated the implementation of clinic templates on CERNER and enabling Choose and Book to become a reality. • Implemented the MHAS project in 2003.
