Ramesh Kelkar had Electronics and Electrical engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1975. He obtained his graduation in electrical engineering from Roorkee University, India in 1979. He obtained his deep learning degree in machine learning from the department of Operations and Research, University of California, Santa Barbara, USA in 1984.
