After getting his Doctorate in Business Administration from the SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney, Rajiv Oza moved on to get his PGP(E) General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore in January 2005. With this experience and education, he already had a strong foundation in the field of Business Administration. In January 2007, he left the Indian Institute of Management, Indore to join the Government Engineering College in Jabalpur, Chhattisgarh as a lecturer.
