From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Program Director - Multi Channel and Digital Transformation Program @ Raffe was responsible for managing a portfolio of major transformation projects across online, mobile, tablet,brand, branches, call centre and technology to deliver a seamless integrated multi channel capability. His direct responsibilities included developing the business case, obtaining board approval, mobilising a team and delivering a large $150+m program using a Scaled Agile Delivery approach. After two years of delivery, the Program was tracking to budget and plan. Raffe was then tasked with developing the new IAG Program Delivery Operating Model as part of the IAG Group restructure, the Integration with Wesfarmers and overall Transformation agenda. From January 2013 to December 2014 (2 years) Program Director - Chief Operating Office Transformation Portfolio @ Raffe was responsible for the Guidewire Motor Claims, Claims Supply Chain rationalisation (repairers & parts providers), Retail Business Insurance Sales and Service and Branch Footprint (location of branches) projects at IAG. Total E2E budget was $70M. All projects delivered new capabilities for customers and colleagues which were implemented on time and budget. From May 2012 to January 2013 (9 months) Head of Business Architecture and Portfolio Planning @ Raffe was responsible for developing the overall five year transformation roadmap, linkage of this roadmap to business capability needs, identifying funding requirements and supporting the set-up of the Program Office and delivery practice including ways of working, reporting and control. From March 2012 to May 2012 (3 months) Director, Financial Services Consulting @ Financial Services Management Consulting covering Strategy, Operations and Technology Transformation for large banks, insurers and wealth managers. Key objective was to dramatically grow the business with an emphasis on corporate governance to support foreign investment which later came in the form of Generali taking a strategic stake.
