In Sheets, I am the founder of the customer Success box a customer success platform that helps b2b startups to scale their customer base and keep their customers by providing access to customer success tools, email marketing and social media promotion. My experience as a founder at customer success box started in 2003 when I was the founder of the customer success box in San Francisco bay area. Prior to that, I was a co-founder at customer success box in San Francisco bay area from 2003 to 2004. In customer success box, I was responsible for customer success activities such as Onboarding customers and driving generate leads. I was also responsible for customer retention, email marketing, social media promotion, and product uptake.As a co-founder at customer success box, I was also responsible for developing the customer success platform that I currently use to help companies to convert their customer into promoters using Promoto.co technology. As a VP Global Sales at Kayako from March 2014 to December 2015 (1 year 10 months) in Gurgaon, India, I was responsible for WW Sales and revenue. At thoughtworks studios I was responsible for sales of thoughtworks studios products and services in APAC. My responsibilities at thoughtworks studios included leadership and execution of sales and marketing function, with extended collaboration with product management, strategic account management, and day-to-day operations. I was also responsible for Go To Market Strategizing, Planning, Market Segmentation, Lead generation, and much more.Apart from this, I am also a strategic accounts manager at IBM India from August 2008 to November 2009 (1 year 4 months) and a marketing manager at Telelogic from October 2005 to August 2008 (2 years 11 months). I also have experience with digital radio, sales and account management for IBM Rational Software and advancement data link, IL 38 Aircraft design, coding various independent tasks, and Automating Tests using VB Scripts. I am also a consultant for Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab and Honeywell RDR4000 weather radar - Honeywell RDR4000 level CBuild up local team from scratch and managing a team of 7 engineers working embedded technology.
