Priscilla Edwards serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Dimensions Global Energy, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the organization’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy. With her extensive background as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and an academic affairs administrator, Priscilla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that not only attracts diverse talent but also nurtures and retains it through continuous employee development initiatives.

In her current role, Priscilla is spearheading key projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition processes and establishing strategic partnerships that align with DGE’s commitment to diversity. Her expertise in project management and strategic planning allows her to effectively advise senior management on best practices and innovative approaches to embed diversity into the core of the organization’s operations.
