The objective was to provide start ups with a one stop shop of products and services, from legal services to ISDN lines and printers. My team created & marketed the website as well as identifed appropriate content partnerships. From January 1999 to March 2000 (1 year 3 months) Business Development Manager @ I held key accounts such as IBM, SAP and other ERP vendors, the objective being to use research to identify new customer opportunities for these businesses. From February 1997 to January 1999 (2 years) Market Research Manager @ Largest wholesaler of food to catering firms. My role as market research manager was to undertake customer satisfaction surveys and qualitative interviews with business owners to help identify food purchasing trends and improve product lines.
