💼 Past Experience

Since January of2015, Paul has been coaching the Murphy Ranch Little League. He has been with State Farm Insurance for 3 years, having worked in the Independent Insurance industry. Prior to this, Paul was with Liberty Mutual for 6 years, where he was a Vice President and Area Manager for the Northeast Ohio region. In his role with Liberty Mutual, he was responsible for the sales and marketing operations for a company that handled over $1 billion in sales. He also held various other management roles within the company, including flowing drafts and director of insurance. Paul has a BS in Business Administration from the Cleveland State University. He is currently a Resident at the Cleveland Clinic.

🎓 Education

Paul Hernandez's education has spanned several years and has taken him to a number of different campuses. After studying Fire Technology at Montebello High School from September 1986 to September 1989, he went on to attend Pasadena City College where he obtained his AA, Business Administration and Management degree in 1992. From there, he proceeded to Mt. San Antonio College, where he obtained his General degree in 1993. While attending Mt. San Antonio College, he also studied Fire Academy at Pasadena City College. After completing his education, Paul decided to go into business. He began his career as a sales representative for a management consulting firm in 1995. In 1997, he left his job and took up a position as a sales representative for a vending machine company. After several years of experience in this position, he decided to launched his own company in 2001. His company, Paul Hernandez Vending, has been a successful -= business since it was founded.

💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

Paul Hernandez has been playing softball since he was a little boy. He started playing organized softball when he was in sixth grade and has been playing it ever since. Paul has been a Head coach in the United Soccer Leaguesince he was a Coach at Ramsey Catholic High School in 2013. He coached the Ramsey Catholic softball team to the playoffs in 2013 and 2014. Paul has also been a volunteerSoftball coach for the United Soccer League for the past three years. Paul has coached the Ramsey Catholic team to 35-25 league championships in his three years as a volunteer coach. Paul has an Associates degree in education from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelors degree in education from the University of Connecticut.
