Paola Fontaine Ibanez started her education at Universidad Externado de Colombia where she received her Master’s in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development with a focus on Management of Human Resources. Fontaine then moved on to Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where she received her Specialist in Talent Management from the same program. Fontaine then began her career at the British Council as an Expert on Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Fontaine has also held positions at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, where she was Assessor for the Adequate Care program, and at the NGO called Makerere, where she directed the Training and Development Department.
