About Otis Brigman

Otis Brigman currently serves as the Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Resi Media, LLC, formerly known as Living As One, where he leverages his extensive background in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing to drive significant improvements in business processes. His role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing systems, aligning perfectly with his passion for automation and problem-solving. One of his key projects involved automating the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) creation process, which not only streamlined operations but also introduced value-added Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to better track returns. This initiative exemplifies his commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

In addition to the RMA project, Otis developed a groundbreaking process that enabled the automation of order entry for events with over 100 customer orders. This innovative tool, created in less than two hours, resulted in a remarkable savings of over 25 hours of clerical work during its first implementation at GLS in 2019. Such achievements underscore his expertise in project management and business strategy, as well as his ability to deliver tangible results in high-pressure environments.

Otis's proficiency in various software tools, including Microsoft Office, AMPL, EASE, and SolidWorks, complements his analytical skills in optimization, root cause analysis, and inventory management. His holistic approach to problem analysis not only enhances operational workflows but also fosters a culture of efficiency and accountability within the organization. As he continues to navigate the complexities of supply chain operations at Resi Media, Otis remains dedicated to driving innovation and creating value for both the company and its customers.
