💼 Past Experience

over the last 18 years, I have managed sales, marketing, and operations at five firms, which included four placement offices. I have a B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and am currently an A.S. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I have spent my entire career managing individuals and teams, and have a strong interest in human behavior and how it can be’t prepared for the challenges of customer service.While I am currently an A.S. in Psychology from the University of South Florida, I am also a Manager – Sales, Marketing & Operations Search at StevenDouglas in Sunrise, FL. I began my career at StevenDouglas as a Manager – Sales, Marketing & Operations Search in October, 2014.My role at StevenDouglas is to identify and provide access to top talent for corporate clients. My experience in sales, marketing, and operations helps me understand the challenges that our clients face and provides me with the tools and guidance that I need to meet these challenges.Through my experience at StevenDouglas, I have learned how to inspire and motivate my team, who are very skeptical of change. I have also learned how to keep up with the changing landscape of the corporate market, and to stay informed of new developments in the search industry. 🎓 Education

After receiving her undergraduate degree from University of Central Florida in 2008, Natasha Bevins studied psychology for two years at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After completing her undergraduate studies, she moved to Tallahassee, Florida to join the Florida State University graduate counseling staff. After a year of work with the staff, Natasha decided that she wanted a career in mental health counseling. She completed her Master's degree from Florida State University in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Natasha was a Mental Health Counselor for the Department of Emergency Services for the City of Tallahassee, working as a part of the Innovative Services team. During her time in this position, she helped develop and enact city programs that provide mental health services to the citizens of Tallahassee. President and CEO - Utah Mormons National Organization of Women (Mormon women)Natasha Bevins has been a President and CEO - Utah Mormons National Organization of Women (Mormon women) since 2017. Mormon women is an advocacy and youth resource center for LDS women and girls, which provides leadership and organizational development programs for LDS women and girls ages 8 to 24. Mormon women is the only national and international organization of LDS women uniting to promote women’s rights, privilege, and opportunities internationally. In addition to her work at Mormon women, Natasha is also a team leader, project manager, and programming coordinator for LDS Women’s Health Services and is a member of the Utah Chapter of National Women’s Law Center Board.
