💼 Past Experience

Narayana Swaroop has a B.Tech in Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai in 2005. After completing his B.Tech, he worked as a Research Scientist at Naxaca Instruments Limited, doing Postdoctoral Research at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where he did work on Sensor Analysis and Imaging (SAII), Dynamical Systems, and Signal Processing. Swaroop then worked at Sun Microsystems Technologies as a Senior Scientist, did research on Processor Scalability and Taylor Process Engineering, and was the Principal Investigator on BrainMass, the world's first major effort to study the dendritic growth and survival of brain cells in vivo. From there he moved to Google, where he did a research project on Inertial navigation for self-driving cars.Swaroop then transferred to Apple in 2007 as a Research Scientist and worked on two projects: The iOS 6 Notification Center and Metal. After a year at Apple, he moved to Beatroot, where he was the Business Development Manager, responsible for all the development work and functions of the HR department. He left Beatroot in August 2010 for Payhouserent, where he is currently the CEO.

Swaroop has a strong education background, having obtained excellent academic results.
