💼 Past Experience

I started in customer service as a information systems intern at American Telephone and Telegraph (ATT) in September 1997. I was soon promoted to a customer service assistant and then to a customer service coordinator. I was in charge of customer relations and collections. I supervised a team of customer service assistants.I left ATT in May 2001 to take a position as manager, consumer affairs at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. There, I was in charge of providing excellent customer service to our customers. I had a lot to do, including working with a team of customers service assistants and disciplining our employees. I was also responsible for creating customer satisfaction survey results and following up with our customers after their transactions.I am really proud of what I accomplished at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. I am married and have two children. I am now working as a customer experience designer at Myra Golden Seminars, LLC. I enjoy helping people achieve their customer service goals.

However, after a few years of this work, she met a man named John who loved her work and suggested she go to school and get her Master's degree in Education. Myra Golden accepted John's offer and started studying at the Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where she received her Master's degree in Education. After completing her Master's degree, Myra Golden moved to Phoenix, Arizona and started working as a daycare provider. However, after a few years of this work, she met a man named John who loved her work and suggested she go to school and get her Doctorate degree in Education. Myra Golden accepted John's offer and started studying at the University of Phoenix in Arizona, where she received her Doctorate degree in Education. After completing her Doctorate degree, Myra Golden moved to Los Angeles, California, and started working as a daycare provider. However, after a few years of this work, she met a man named John who loved her work and suggested she go to school and get her accredited job in Education. Myra Golden accepted John's offer and started working as a daycare provider.
