About Monika Stepanovich

Monika Stepanovich, as President of Gratuity Solutions, has been at the forefront of transforming the hospitality industry through innovative financial technology. Since co-founding the company with fellow FinTech pioneers Aleksandar Stepanovich and Carlo F. Zampogna, Monika has played a pivotal role in addressing a critical issue within the restaurant sector: the equitable distribution of tips. Recognizing the challenges faced by both employees and employers, she spearheaded the development of the first cloud-based tip and payment calculation platform in 2012, setting a new standard for automated digital payment solutions.

Under Monika's leadership, Gratuity Solutions has evolved into a thought leader in the hospitality space, providing cutting-edge software that streamlines payment processes and enhances customer satisfaction. Monika’s commitment to new business development has led to strategic partnerships and collaborations that further solidify Gratuity Solutions' position as the foremost provider of automated payment systems for restaurants and hotels.

In addition to her technical acumen, Monika's strong background in customer service and event management ensures that Gratuity Solutions not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Her vision for the company continues to drive its growth and success, as she remains dedicated to enhancing the financial operations of the hospitality industry through technology.
