💼 Past Experience

My name is Mircea Divricean, I am President and CEO of Kostopulos Dream Foundation, and I am also Honorary Consul of Romania to the United States. I have been with KDF for over 10 years and I am very proud of all that the Foundation has accomplished.In May 2001, I left my position with Banca Transilvania, where I was responsible for the debit/credit card department. After a year of intensive training, I was promoted to the position of COO and CFO at KDF. In September 2001, I was given the position of Honorary Consul of Romania to the United States.KDF has had a wonderfulresentsational history. In 1984, the KDF Foundation was established as an NGO with the goal of promoting creativity and innovation through outstanding programs and initiatives. In 2006, we became a not-for-profit organization. In February 2009, we started our own business, Kostopulos Dream Foundation.KDF has worked tirelessly to promote creativity and innovation in Romania. We have created amazing programs and initiatives that have helpedottage families, create new businesses and achieve great success. KDF has been a tremendous force for good in Romania, and I am proud to continue our work here in the United States.

🎓 Education

Mircea Divricean has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, which he obtained in September of 2019. Divricean then carried out a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program in September of 2022. Divricean's ultimate goal is to further his education and move forward in his career with a certificate of entrepreneurship and a Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program. Divricean is currently employed as an account executive at a large financial institution in Romania. He is looking forward to his future with a certificate of entrepreneurship and a Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program in order to further his education and move forward in his career.

Mircea has a degree in business Administration from the University of International Business and Finance, where he was ordained as a Priest in the Romanian Orthodox Church. He has worked as a consultant, administrator and financial analyst for companies in the private and public sectors. From 1990 to 2000 he played a major role in the company Ardaf SA, as CFO, underwriting department and on the board of directors. Divricean also has a degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Finance, where he was ordained as a Priest in the Romanian Orthodox Church. After working as an economist at Ardaf SA, he worked as a consultant and financial analyst for companies in the private and public sectors. In total, he has worked in the field of nonprofit organization management for almost 20 years. In 2001, Mircea began his career as President and CEO of Kostopulos Dream Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization focused on development in Cyprus. From 2001-2003 he was also the COO and CFO of Kostopulos Dream Foundation. In 2009-2013, he was the President and CEO of Kostopulos Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on development in Cyprus. Mircea has been an Honorary Consul of Romania to the United States since September 2011.Earlier in his career, Mircea was a professor at the University of International Business and Finance, where he taught Economics and Business Administration. From1992 to 2000 he was also a head of the department of economic studies at the same university. He also has a degree in News Media and Strategic Communication from the Romanian Academy, where he was a dissertator in 1989. Mircea Divricean is currently an Economist - Debit/Credit Cards Department at BCB Dun&Chevron.
