Janover has also worked with CBS Interactive, CNET, and ZDNet in customer acquisition, conversion and retention marketing.

Education has always been a driving force in everything that Mike Janover does. His passion for helping others has led him to a career in education. In 1992, he earned his bachelor's degree in television & radio production from Ithaca College. From there, he journeyed on to spend three years at the University at Buffalo, where he earned his Master's degree in education. From there, he went on to land his first teaching position, as a teacher's aide in a low-income school.In his current positions as a teacher's aide and superintendent of a school in Buffalo, New York, Janover has learned just how important it is to have a strong drive and education to join the workforce. He knows that without a solid foundation, it's very difficult to achieve great things. On a daily basis, he encourages his students to be relentless in their pursuit of knowledge and to always be open to learning. With his passion for helping others always driving him, he is well prepared for any opportunity that comes his way.
