My career has spanned enterprise software, online media / advertising, and interactive entertainment, and I've led or played a key role in significant transactions, including numerous acquisitions (in both public company and private equity contexts), many early stage venture deals, and dozens of strategic partnerships. These deals were consummated using a broad array of structures, from cash / equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, full mergers, as well as other forms of value exchange.

•Closed multiple, significant transactions with key partners, including Yahoo, Facebook, LinkedIn, AOL, IAC, and News Corp.
•Deal diligence included review of partner’s product offering, operating strategy, competitive positioning, market size and growth potential, business model economics, regulatory considerations and exit scenarios.
•Created build versus buy models through extensive market analysis, scenario planning and financial modeling to inform target acquisitions across Microsoft’s online services division.
