I have been a manager of staffing and recruiting for over 10 years in the software industry. I have also been a technical recruiter for almost 10 years. My experience with Brute Force Scoring (BFS) is invaluable, as I am able to convert leads into employees.I have also been involved in some amazing co-working spaces over the years. One of the best was RightBrain, which was a coworking space with Demilo. There was a lot of variety in the office with things like a garden, movie times, and even wells. I really loved that about RightBrain. Plus, the employees were super friendly and welcoming.I am currently a Manager of Recruiting at Computer Resources of America. I have worked extensively with software companies in the past, as well as staffing and recruiting agencies. In my time at Computer Resources of America, I have been responsible for many important aspects of the company, including but not limited to: developing and launching recruiting efforts, managing client relationships, and managing talent.I truly enjoy helping clients find the best people for their organizations. I have a strong belief that good people should be given a chance to do great work, no matter what the size or industry.
