Recruiting Leader at Impira from December 2017 to April 2020I was head of recruitment at Impira from December 2017 to April 2020. I was an independent consultant that offered an in-house approach to recruitment for early to late-stage startups. I focused on scaling startups with top talent working at a tactical and strategic level to provide every service of an in-house recruitment operation: full-cycle recruitment across geographies, functions and seniority-levels; employer branding; implementation of tools, processes and programs, culture initiatives, training, and much more.I led recruitment at MemSQL from December 2014 to January 2016 (1 year 2 months) in San Francisco Bay Area. I joined MemSQL as the first Recruiter and helped scale the company from 25 to 90 employees. I was also responsible for driving multiple employer branding initiatives, such as increasing Glassdoor traffic from 70 to +10,000 monthly visitors and "Top Workplaces in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Business Times award 2015 and 2016. I implemented interview processes, employee interview training, comprehensive candidate assessment measures, recruitment tools, drove Greenhouse adoption and utilization, and more.I was also responsible for promoting from Recruiting Coordinator to Junior Recruiter to Sales Recruiter, and led sales recruitment throughout the Americas, APAC and EMEA. I led the recruitment for Impira until April 2020.I was also a Head of Talent at Reflektive from January 2016 to January 2018 (2 years 1 month) in San Francisco Bay Area. I helped scale the company from 20 to 125 employees. Reflektive was ranked #13 in Deloitte's "Fastest Growing Tech Companies in North America" (2018). I grew and led a team of six recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. I also managed the office and presided over the company’s daily operations.
