💼 Past Experience

My years of experience in human resources management and operations have given me a valuable perspective on the field of talent management. I have been involved in the direct hiring process, managing employee review process, developing referral programs, and developing employee training programs. I have also had the opportunity to work with a variety of different clients and industries.My experience has taught me that it is important to invest time in the personal development of your employees. My previous roles gave me the opportunity to explore different career paths and meet different people. I have learned that it is important to have a strong coffeeculture in your organization so that employees feel like they have a voice and can share their opinions. I also believe that it is important to provide employees with a good work/life balance.Overall, I believe that my years of experience will enhance my skills in the field of human resources management. Melissa Sollid's education is a BS in Business Management/Administration from Saint Vincent College in 1997. After completing her studies atSaint Vincent College, she moved on to work for the school for a few years before coming to the United States in October 2022 to pursue her career in education.Melissa is currently a BS student at Alfred University where she is working on herGraduate Studies program. She is extremely experienced in the field of education, having worked in a variety of positions throughout her education career.Melissa is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and pursue theirainefficiencies. Sollid has many years of experience in the Human Resources industry. She has worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Marriott International from June 2015 to March 2022 and as a Corporate Recruiter at James G. Davis Construction from July 2013 to June 2015. She also worked as a Managing Staffing Consultant at Advantage Human Resourcing from March 2007 to January 2011.Sollid has a degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.
