I started my career in Information Technology at the help desk at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where I transferred to finish the last two years of my undergraduate degree. I've always gained enjoyment from education. School was the most enjoyable part of my day as a child, which makes it so much more satisfying to constantly learn new technology. In my free time, I work to teach others new skills or help them explore some of the amazing things that I have discovered over my years. I am halfway through my graduate degree in Computer Information Systems, with an emphasis in security in an online program offered at Boston UniversitySecurity Engineer @ From November 2015 to Present (2 months) IT Consultant @ - Coordinated the transition of staff computers from Windows XP to Windows 7, including image and software testing, data transfer, and staff training, while maintaining licensing compliance and ensuring minimal operations impact. - Provided consultation on technical upgrades, including outdated software and server infrastructure.
