His extensive career began in 1971 with Hydraulic Supply in Florida, where he honed his skills in various aspects of fluid power, from inside sales and hose fittings to building hydraulic power units (HPUs) and performing repairs. After 26 years, Matt sought new challenges in Northern California, where he has continued to expand his expertise and influence within the industry.
