Project Manager @ Senior Project Manager leading matrixed teams within the Service Delivery department. Provide technical review and oversight on incoming business objectives and project requests. This includes applying technical requirements from business objectives, providing project management, providing overall portfolio management, and the development and improvement of Service Delivery Processes.

Information Services
Sutter Information Services Architecture teams responsible for the process of translating business vision and strategy into tangible requirements by which solutions can be identified, verified and implemented. We further insure change success through adherence to standards, guidelines and principles set forth in the strategy and architecture, and the use of future proofed technologies.
Systems Engineering
The IS Systems Engineering (ISSE) team is responsible to provide systems engineering services of IS enterprise server system platforms, enterprise storage systems, and performance / capacity management systems within Sutter Health Support Services under the Technical Services line of service.
Data Center
Sutter Data Center Services provides server hosting for Sutter Health's mission critical systems, applications, and network infrastructure. Continually striving to be a world-class operation, Data Center Services is a collaboration of Automation, Storage, Engineering & Architecture, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Network Operations, Co-Location Services (24x7 Computer Operations, Production Support, and Integrated Output Solutions), and Voice Telecommunications Services. From August 2014 to Present (1 year 5 months) Project Manager, IBM Software Group @ Top 10 Responsibilities:
1. Lead key projects and initiatives including the planning, building, operating, and monitoring of the solution
2. Lead and manage meetings to define the solution, key content and work breakdown structure
3. Facilitate regular communication among the key stakeholders
4. Work with stakeholders to set goals, objectives, tasks and key milestones for solution development & delivery consistent with IBM strategy
5. Provide a single point of contact for issues that may affect solution and solution delivery
6. Drive successful execution to deliver the agreed upon solution
7. Identify any issues and problems that need immediate focus and resolution; Leverage key resources across IBM to resolve issues quickly
8. Assess the current and ongoing readiness to achieve solution objective utilizing project plans
9. Provide regular status reporting to and with key stakeholders against goals, objectives & milestones
10. Manage budget, Document of Understanding (DOUs), business controls and other financial tracking to achieve an audit ready posture

• M&O Project Manager for an $82M Electronic Health Record solution that digitized the medical records of over 125,000 inmates.
• Communications Project Manager for a clinical applications migration project that migrated over 35 mission critical healthcare data applications and over 500 SharePoint Sites to a secure data center.
• Project Manager for go live of a healthcare scheduling solution that allows a real-time, single, shared inmate calendar for Medical, Dental and Mental Health Appointments From August 2010 to May 2013 (2 years 10 months) Sacramento, California AreaQuality Assurance Specialist @ IV&V oversight of the technical implementation of a replacement mainframe system with a three tier web application known as C-IV located in a new secure data center managing the data for social service programs such as Medi-Cal, Cal Fresh, CalWORKs for 39 counties in California.
• Signed off Accenture / HP deliverables including network design, security, database design, storage and other infrastructure components plus some of the non technical solution components such as change management, digital process transformation, education etc.
• Worked with the client in identifying gaps and variances in the architecture, design, and implementation of the new system. From June 2008 to July 2010 (2 years 2 months) Sacramento, California AreaManager @ Managed projects and digital marketing initiatives that leverage the Internet, mobile devices and social media to enhance performance for a number of well-known global brands in multiple industries including:
• OneSource knowledge base project for Verizon Wireless used by 40,000 call center employees
• Farmers Insurance digital signatures and OCR technology and business process improvements
• Road map and digital strategy engagements for various high profile clients From May 2007 to June 2008 (1 year 2 months) Sales Director @ Drove sales and managed subsequent delivery of custom capture, process and case management solutions for the mortgage and financial services markets. From June 2005 to September 2006 (1 year 4 months) Business Development Manager @ Specialized in sales and delivery of IBM/FileNet solutions for Citi, Wells Fargo, T-Mobile and many other Fortune 100 clients using business process frameworks and agile offshore delivery methods.
