Marcia-elizabeth Christian Favale studied Business Administration at University of Oxford. There she studied Master of Science in Programme Management with a focus on organising and running businesses. She then completed an EMBA degree from Saïd Business School with a focus on finance. After completing her studies, she worked as an assistant accountant at a financial firm. From there, she moved on to work as a financial analyst at a think tank. From there, she joined the management team of a small private company. After taking on the role as CEO, she left the company and started her own business. In this new business, she focused on organic farming and created a new organic foods line. From there, it grew quickly and she made a lot of money. After more than a decade of success, she sold her business and returned to university to finish her Master of Science in Programme Management. This time she would focus on organisational marketing and product design.
