Born and raised in the USA, Lauren opened her first yoga studio in 2003 and has since hosted classes at studios all over the Los Angeles area. In her previous roles, Lauren has worked as lead instructor, chef de cuisine, or temp engineer. She loves working with students and enjoys teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Krav Maga. Lauren currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her wife and two picky children.
