Principal / CEO/COO/CFO Executive Management & Strategy Practice Leader @ My work has evolved to meet the needs of many different clients in changing economic conditions. I first endeavored to create new businesses - working with private equity groups to plan and develop new business concepts. Then as the economy experienced a severe downturn, I focused on helping companies undertake restructuring to improve their abilities to operate on a smaller scale. More recently, I find myself focused on leading the implementation of new software systems and controls to streamline the control and planning processes more electronically integrated networks that define not only companies but entire industries.
I still believe that my fundamental skill is defining strategy - researching as well as analyzing what is happening within a company and projecting how to better achieve better future success.
Implementing change requires a mix of general leadership to explain and convince others of the benefits of change, as well as increasing technical skill to oversee the implementation of changes via the infrastructure of systems and processes.
