His leadership was instrumental during the first 18 months of his tenure, where he also served as the Interim Director of HSSE, Construction, Contracts, Supply Chain, Interconnect Project Management, and Estimating & Scheduling. This multifaceted role not only highlights his versatility but also his commitment to ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Lance's skill set is comprehensive, encompassing EPC, project management, engineering, cost control, and commercial management, among others. His ability to navigate complex project landscapes while fostering collaboration among client and EPC teams has been key to his success. As he continues to drive Urban Grid's ambitious solar initiatives, Lance remains dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions that contribute to a cleaner, more resilient future.
