In her current position, Kristi Busch Teefey is responsible for day-to-day operations of the establishment, including scheduling, authoring, reviewing and overseeing menu content. She also oversees wine purchases and sales, manages inventory and oversees the restaurant's daily operations.Prior to this role, Kristi held multiple customer service positions at some of the city's most popular restaurants, including Boil & Bite Seafood, Club Monaco, Nobu and Joe's Bar-B-Q. In her time at those establishments, she trained and conditioned servers and bartenders on how to dealing with a variety of customers and palate. She also supervised and trained kitchen staff.Kristi is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Hotel Management. She is currently a full-time employee of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and has been with the business since its inception in 2007. Kristi is heavily involved with the restaurant's community involvement, playing host to a variety of events throughout the year.
