🎓 Education

In her previous education, Kim Peller attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She obtained a degree in Psychology in 2003 and also completed her undergraduate studies in history and English. She then completed her graduate studies in psychology in 2009.After completing her graduate studies, Kim Peller worked as a therapist and aggression therapist in Illinois before moving to the Orlando, Florida area in 2016. She currently works as an aggression therapist affiliated with the National Center for Occupational and Mental Health.During her time working as an aggression therapist, Kim Peller developed her skills in working with people with anxiety, depression, and stress disorders. She also has experience working with children and adolescents. Experience in Management ConsultingFirst, I’d like to talk about my experience in management consulting. I have worked as an executive search consultant at DJ Wurdack INC, KeySource Global, and Thomas Thor company. Each company has its own specific needs, so my work with these companies was very diverse.In management consulting, we do a lot of work with clients who are in a difficult situation. We brainstorm with them, figure out solutions, and make sure that the solutions are a good fit for their needs. We work with a lot of different companies and industries, so I have learned a lot about how to work with different types of clients.As an executive search consultant, I also help companies find the best candidate for their job. I help them research candidates, find out their strengths, and find a job that is a good fit for them. I also work with the HR team to make sure that the employees are happy and safe.In all of my projects, I have had a lot of experience working with Mainframe systems. I have used a lot of different tools and methods to find those candidates, and I have been very successful at it. I have also worked with a lot of different groups of people, so I have a lot of experience working with teams.Overall, I have a lot of experience in management consulting, executive search, and HR. I have been very successful in my projects and I would like to continue doing that in my new job.
