💼 Past Experience

I started in the Food Safety and Brewing industry in 1984. I was with Anheuser-Busch and worked in beer breweries all over the country. In my next industry switch I was with Apple Inc. as a brewer/director of sales. I worked in several corporate restaurants, most notably Apple’s corporate restaurant in Cupertino, California. I was responsible for developing, designing and executing a revolutionary marketing program that elevated Apple’s corporate restaurant culinary program to new heights. I left Apple to take a position as food services director for a major hotel chain. I directed the hotel’s food service program for well over a decade and led a team of experienced chefs in developing profitable marketing and dining concepts for the chains restaurants.I left the hotel industry to start my own restaurant company where I owned and operated multiple restaurants for several years. I developed and operated a variety of successful food service concepts and I was proud to have consistently led my restaurants to world-class rankings. I then served as the Senior Manager of the Food Operations for a large hospital chain.After a few years in this position, I decided to ventures into the restaurant industry once again. I went back to my old trade of food service director and I ran a successful kitchen at a major casino. I then opened my own restaurant as the General Manager of the restaurant. I continue to run the restaurant as the General Manager and Iams both produced world-class results. I then decided to close the restaurant andfocus my efforts on developing restaurant concepts.Now that I am a successful restaurateur, I am passionate about putting the best ingredients and cooking techniques into the food I serve. I want my guests to enjoy responsibly created culinary treasures that reflect my own personal spark and flavor profile. I am excited to develop new and innovative recipes and to take my Legends of the Culinary Arts restaurant group to new levels of success.I have over twenty years of experience in the food industry and I have traveled extensively to study and learn about the culinary arts. I am confident that my techniques, recipes and cooking techniques will drive consistent world-class results in the restaurant industry.
