• Provide and present monthly financial statements and variance analysis • Manage treasury functions, including projecting cash flows, AP vendor check runs, and all related financial transactions • Prepare and manage capital expenditures actual versus budget and review tax depreciation treatment on fixed asset purchases • Construction accounting for new building assets including cost segregation studies after project completion- $200M+ • Develop pro-forma operating ROI/NOI analysis for all projects as needed with the President to present to the Board • Monitor and report financial performance versus goals established by the Board of Directors and President • Analyze financial data of operations in order to advise the executive leadership team and department managers to maintain efficient operations results • Prepares the annual budget and quarterly financials for the board of director’s review and executive management team • Document and monitors compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls • Strategic Business Partner with President, General Managers, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of HR, Director of IT • Leadership of Accounting and payroll team of 15 team members. Responsible for building teamwork and professional development. • Experience with multiple legal entities operating as one resort
