As the global Talent Acquisition Delivery Leader for EWS, I have had the opportunity to develop, execute and manage a global Talent Acquisition Delivery model across company locations. As a global Talent Acquisition Delivery Leader, I have also had the opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of industries and sectors. Through my experience and work experiences, I have learned a great deal about how to deliver quality Talent Acquisition Programs. I believe that by working with various organizations, I have been able to develop an understanding of how to succeed in Talent Acquisition.

🎓 Education

Ken CIR has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Ken enjoyed aabbling in a variety of fields of study throughout his undergraduate years, including English, classics, and political science. Ken also won a scholarship to study at the Iberia University School of Business in Spain. Upon his return to the United States, Ken completed a M.B.A. from New York Uniiference School of Business. Additionally, Ken has practiced and coached personal finance and investment banking since he started his career in 2004. Ken currently leads the firm's global policy research team, makes public appearances to discuss investment strategy, and takes on additional business responsibilities ascorporate development and business development associate. Ken has also been a Visiting Scholar at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Participatory Economist at the University of Pittsburgh School of Business.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Edinburgh in 2002, and started his career in 2006 as a Manager of Human Resources at the UAE’s leading oil refinery. He then worked at Sinopec Energy in China from 2008 until his retirement in 2013.Upon his retirement, Ken decided to head back to the United Arab Emirates and take up a position as the Director of Human Resources at the country’sleading construction company, Elektar.
